Daniel from Vistalab was a wonderful help for us. We had Daniel help design and plan our 2nd house renovation. It was a massive job and the drawings we received enabled me as a Owner Builder to complete the job. Daniel was always available to talk if I had any dramas understanding an element of the drawings and he also visited the site on numerous occasions to see how the work was progressing. Daniel is an amazing designer who, despite our difficult site, came up with the best design solution for us. We are just about to start building and cannot wait to see the final product. Daniel worked with us and 'understood' exactly what we wanted. He was easy to get along with and very prompt with any changes. He also helped us with our town planning and building permits. Daniel was recommended to us and I have to say we truly could not have managed the design and planning process without his assistance and could not be happier with his work. Daniel has managed the entire process of town planning and council requirements. He has extensive knowledge of the planning and permit process which has been invaluable. We had the most amazing experience working with Daniel. He was so easy to work with and understood our brief perfectly. I would not hesitate to work with him again. His drawings were practical, creative and he was happy to revise concepts several times until we were happy. As a first time owner builder, Daniel made it sure easy for me to navigate the complex process of town planning and permit process. We had open channel of communication throughout and Daniel was happy to accommodate all changes my pesky family would time of. My builder was surprised to see the level of detail in Daniel's drawings, which made it easy for me to negotiate a good price with the builder. I look forward to building my townhouses, designed by Daniel, and working again with him on future projects. Would recommend Daniel to anyone looking for A+ architect.
